The work is performed on the basis of detailed documentation (plans, drawings, a text document with a selection and links to all design elements, moodboards or other formats).

The more detailed your documentation is, the more productive the collaboration will be and the renders will be ready faster.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• 3d models are included in the price (pieces of furniture of individual manufacture of complex shapes are discussed separately at the initial stage of work).    
• 2 iterations of edits with minor design changes are included in the price (as a rule, 1 stage of edits from the designer, 1 from the customer), each additional round of edits is 20% of the total estimate or cost for the room. Edits should be sent as a complete document.    
• 2-4 working days for a standard room before the first renders.     
• payment is made in 2 stages, an advance of 50% and 50% when the final renderers are ready. 
• the resulting images are in a resolution of 2200px on the larger side (other formats are discussed on request).
• after the final renders are approved, any adjustments are made for an additional fee by agreement.   
  

I encourage all kinds of additions to the project, but in order to correctly assess the amount of work, it is necessary to know all your wishes in advance. Please inform me about them at the stage of submitting documentation and at the beginning work on the project. For example, if you need:

- preliminary renders in gray material 

- artistic renders Close-up

- 360° panorama

- animated video

• The visualizer reserves the right to publish visualizations as its portfolio (with the indication of the designer or design studio). If you want to conclude an NDA, please let me know in advance.

WHAT SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN THE DOCUMENTATION FOR 3D VISUALISATION 

Necessarily: 

• Plan with furniture arrangement (PDF; DWG format)
• A plan or model indicating the heights and dimensions of windows, doors, and other existing structures.
• Floor plan with floor coverings 
• Ceiling plan (with indication of dips, cornices, niches)
• Plan of lighting (with reference to the size)
• Plan of electrics and electrical appliances (if they need to be shown on the render)
• A text file with a description of all finishing materials and design elements (with links, pictures, and/or models) Word; PDF; PPTX format 

If it’s possible:

• A moodboard or stylistic collages that are pre-agreed with your client
• Wall elevation drawings 
• SketchUp, Revit, or any other format model 
• Photos and videos from the object

Also don’t forget about:

• photos of views from the window
• finishing materials of the ceiling and floors
• window sills and window slopes
• radiators and convectors 
• plinth, moldings and cornices
• entrance and interior doors 
• curtains 
• LED lights (if available)
• sockets, switches and other electrical equipment which are visible in the visualization
• decor (in case of specific wishes)
• your suggestions about the format and proportions of the renders
